Cary started his sales and business development career at Oracle in the '80's. His tech solution selling expertise has transformed banks on Wall Street, launched rockets, bottled wines, leashed pets and merged two telcos onto a single global platform. He is an entrepreneur, investing and advising startups on customer and revenue development as well as a land developer having created and built golf ranges and family entertainment centers on the East Coast. Selling is Cary's passion from harvesting prospects to uncovering potential new opportunities to managing complex sales cycles to strategic closings. Cary also brings his financial expertise to budgets, projections and overall numbers of an enterprise.
Rafferty commercializes ideas into products and unleashes company talent by infusing culture and innovation into operational execution of strategy. In addition to her years in technology at Macromedia and Ubiquity Software (including IPO on AIM on the LSE and sale to Avaya), she was an executive leader at the Beats by Dr. Dre brand, helping to build and sell the brand to Apple for $3B along with Beats Music. Her five years at VF Outdoor (The North Face, Vans, JanSport, Reef, Eagle Creek and lucy apparel/footwear/equipment brands) gave her a deep fundamental understanding and framework for innovation, execution, brand and business building.
